Fintry purchased a site of approximately 1.6 acres to create a new Village Neighbourhood Centre with a new Marks & Spencer Food Hall and Aldi supermarket.
Planning was obtained in 2016 with the development completed in summer 2018. M&S now operate a 15,000 sf Food Hall and with forward funding and retention of the completed development having been agreed with Northgood Industries Ltd of Newcastle.
The completed development created 30 FTE job opportunities and created £13.5 million of investment value.
